Roger E. Lopez, MAI

Mr. Lopez has been appraising since 1978, when he was hired as an appraiser at HomeFed Bank.  Mr. Lopez was an early adopter of computer technology and his skills in discounted cash flow and subdivision analysis are well known in the industry.  His current responsibilities included supervision and review of all subdivision and land appraisals, appraisals of all types of real estate including commercial income properties, acreage, subdivision land and proposed master planned communities, apartments, condominium complexes, and high-rise construction.  Mr. Lopez previously served at the President of the San Diego Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

Bradley V. Cox, MAI

Mr. Cox has been appraising since 1985, where he was first employed by HomeFed Bank.  Mr. Cox has a wealth of experience in subdivision analysis for proposed homes and condominiums, and most types of income properties.  His current responsibilities include the appraisals of proposed and existing apartment projects, all types of income properties, including self storage, vacant land and ground leases.  

Howard S. Fram, MAI

Mr. Fram has been appraising since 2003 and has been with Lopez, Price and Cox, Inc. since 2004.  A native San Diegan, his past experience includes the appraisal of all types of income properties, from mid-rise office buildings to multi-tenant and mixed-use retail centers.  He also has appraised hundreds of apartment buildings and subdivisions.  Having previously been employed in the technology industry, Mr. Fram's technical skills allows the firm to leverage technology and streamline the reporting process.  Mr. Fram previously served at the President of the San Diego Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
